Since they claim the towers were planted with explosives, I've always wondered how the explosives/detonators survived the impact...? Just one of many logical questions they can't answer.
explosives can be put in protective casing to withstand hostile environments. only to go off if the fuse mechanism inside is triggered intentionally. there could have also been others that were meant to NOT survive the impacts and go off, using the impacts as a trigger. so the impact and a set of explosions wouldn't be distinguishable.
Obviously the explosives that brought down the buildings didn't go off on impact. Yes, explosives might survive the impact and ensuing fire, but what about the detonators? They must have been somehow protected from the extreme heat and fire. The required careful placement of the explosives were not disturbed by the impact. These guys were good.
who knows whether some went off or not during the jet crashes...nobody can really tell. any explosives going off in that instance would help to the structural weakening of the towers making initiation easier and more 'natural' looking, a perfect time as nobody could say one way or another if it was explosives mixed with the fireball/crash or not.

the free fall people are referring to is a misnomer for falling without impedance besides air. true free fall is in a vaccuum.
the buildings surface area, if they were to fall through air provide enough resistance that they would fall slower than the individual peices..but the building fell at a rate as if it were dropped with nothing underneath besides air. however, steel columns and concrete are magnitudes greater in resistance than air. duh.

the building you were thinking of is the Banker's Trust building, it had two steel columns gouuge out a twenty story gash in it's side
initial studies done by the DDC found that the building was able to support the debri that fell into the building, alot of it accumulated on the 8th floor, but the building survived

explosives can be put in protective casing to withstand hostile environments. only to go off if the fuse mechanism inside is triggered intentionally. there could have also been others that were meant to NOT survive the impacts and go off, using the impacts as a trigger. so the impact and a set of explosions wouldn't be distinguishable.

Obviously the explosives that brought down the buildings didn't go off on impact. Yes, explosives might survive the impact and ensuing fire, but what about the detonators? They must have been somehow protected from the extreme heat and fire. The required careful placement of the explosives were not disturbed by the impact. These guys were good.

who knows whether some went off or not during the jet crashes...nobody can really tell. any explosives going off in that instance would help to the structural weakening of the towers making initiation easier and more 'natural' looking, a perfect time as nobody could say one way or another if it was explosives mixed with the fireball/crash or not.
