But on the other hand- I might be predjudiced... it´s a helluva lot of work, immense logistics, we´re in the open rain, wind, and shine with no jack-wolfskin-products in range. While other people like wandering in the woods we try not to get eaten by orks. And steel armour becomes a real nuisance after a few hours.

But yes- it´s fun. Sort of.

@phaedruslive I tried to build a monster that doesn´at first glance look like a guy in a rubber-suit (featuring bent-over Torso, digitgrade legs, Insekt-Claws, no eyes). It can be used in Fantasy-, Horror-,SF- or Steampunk larps. Meantime, I´ve retsructured the legs and added a little mor armour to better hide the overall.

@salem1752 You´re right. I´ve no "sculpture skills" worth mentioning, for example. Everybody with accsess to adequate foam material can do it. The quality of the end product is defined by the amount of working hours going into it- here about 70. More time, more details, better look. The basic "chassis" can also be largely varied.
