  • this is so nice video and i love it.

  • Taking the best content out of the 4 Hour Body and mixing it up with the P90X system to burn unwanted fat with less effort.

    The P90X System is amazing on it's own, but combing parts of it with the Slow Carb Diet creates amazing results in much less time!

  • Hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • I would guess there is no follow up because the body needs carbs and they put the weight back on by eating carbs

  • @mikecazzx mmm carbs, i'm not going to lie, after the diet, I splurged on unlimited crappy carbs (bread and chocolate was #1 on the list). I should do a follow up video on how I stopped caring what I ate, and started getting my lazy butt to the gym more often. Like Tim says in his book, your either working out 100%, or your dieting 100%, or Supplementing 100%, or balancing it all ideally (which I find the hardest).

  • So how did you do?! Argh! So many people post these videos and then don't follow up!

  • @crusnchill It went really well lost like 7 pounds! I took some video footage on weeks 1 2 and 3. I should take your advise and do a follow up video asap! have you had any luck with the slow carb diet yourself?

  • great video, i'm also doing the slow carb diet this month, definetly plan on incorporating p90x workouts next month. one thing that i plan on doing is to eat carbs within 30 minutes after a p90x workout, like tim reccomends
