i think i see the main problem in society about econmics; people have needs and we should work together share needs (SOME wealth for SOME workers maybe another issue) but, people dont want to and some people take advantage. thus, people fight/cheat. so marxism is no better than captialism. only if people worked together, with minimal compeition in given fields (with considerations of man/nature/animals) with SPIRITUAL soliderity/goals/values. then, we can do this pets credit (A good notion)

Does this mean I get one $3500.00 credit for my dog and another for my cat? When can I get food stamps to help pay for their food. How do I qualify for HUD to help pay for their housing? What about utilities, any help there? Will the Vet bills qualify for Medicare/Medicaid? Can I now claim them as dependents? What about a hefty Earned Income Credit for my pooch and fluffy kitty?
Oh yea, this will be way easier than having babies. I'm happy so the name "HAPPY Tax" is appropriate.
