I'm sorry but I watched that video and apparently we have a different idea of what dark and light is, because many of those girls are light and some appear to be white. The complaint about rappers is that the women are usually light and very few of them are dark. And Sean Kingston isn't really a rapper, more of a singer.

White people are in this video too. You can see them early on.
