why would this touch my heart? They are praying like all muslims. The only difference is they are doing it in a public area. It's almost an arrogent move praying in such a location. It's like they are saying: ""hey look at us we can opray where we want!"" I disapprove. A mosque was build and paid for so use it.

@butterfly2729 You are allowed to pray with your shoes at certain times like them now because we don't know what is on the floor, it could be shit or any other filthy thing. It is allowed but if you have a chance to pray without shoes, then you must do so and if you don't, then Islam permits us to pray with shoes. Hope this was helpful.
(Narrated by Abu Dawood, no. 650). The point here is that praying in shoes is permissible. It says in the hadeeth: Be different from the Jews, pray wearing your slippers or shoes. (Narrated by Abu Dawood, no. 652). But the condition is that the shoes must be taahir (pure, clean). If there is any najaasah (impurity) or dirt on the shoes, then one should not pray wearing them or enter the mosque in shoes, unless he is sure that they are free of impurity or dirt. And Allaah knows best.
