  • Most important is to spray the entire area with steel fiber-reinforced conductive concrete to keep snow and frost from forming and building up, and equipped with multiple GFI (ground fault interruptor) safety circuits to eliminate entirely the danger of accidental electrocution. The spraying must be done after nuclear powered gas turbine vortex blast generators has removed the remaining snow and ice and the ice and snow covered areas beyond the mining area.

  • Makes me wonder why don't they use nuclear powered gas turbines to create a vortex of conical shaped hot air flow to prevent ice & frost from forming in the entire mining area. In Bilibino we did such a thing in a particular place but on an experimental basis but it is successful. They should also place flexible metal pipes perforated wt holes in the coastal area to allow hot air to maintain an ice free pathway for ships, conductive concrete roads must be used to prevent ice and snow formations.
