those troops are irish rangers renamed the royal irish regiment part of the same battle group as 16 air assault brigade (british airborne} 16 air are back in afghanistan right now . in helmand province fighting the taliban my son aged 27 is on his 3rd tour serving with the 3 para battle group . an old head on young shoulders may god be by the the side british paratroopers
