Hi my cartoon character are call they eyes they look like human but they are not i want to make my cartoon come to life how could i make my character dance and put my self in the middle?

It's a Wacom Graphire 4 A6, so its active area has the size of A6-paper. I guess that's about 5.8x8.2 inch.
