Please get more muslims to see this video so the offending ones can move beyond the sterotyping they so deplore when used against themselves.
My point was that countries where the womens are more emancipated the level of technology and science is higher, nothing to do with Islam, just cultural.
I think you've missed the point. This was not a dig at countries It's a statement regarding interpretations of religous or social dogma, leading to the centuries long attempt at repression of woman.
I believe the reference to Islam was merely an example of such attempts, as it's well known that western cultures have also been guilty of such indiscretions.
