1. She don't/didn't marry the men who knock her up, and
2.She chooses men who have no career ambitions in life, but instead chooses men who have "swag" and who can "talk that good game", and
3. She knows that state funding will provide for her.
IMO, take away state funding/welfare and the single black mother would get smart and responsible real quick as she would be very cautious on who can provide for her.

Second, children who grow up in a marriage-based family are MOST LIKELY to do well in life compared to those who are born out of wedlock to single mothers/fathers.
And yes, I do agree w/ the fact that there are men w/ money, but its such a huge pool of women that chase them that eventually they do bcome womanizersm which are MADE by women, not born.

you are actually wrong. If every black man married a black woman, there would still be more than 1 million black women without a black man. I think you just have to accept that the African American culture, for all the good aspects it has, has managed to pit black men against black women. Don't act crazy and say it's all white people's fault! It's unfortunate but most black men are just much more promiscuous than men of other races. No wonder 70% of blacks women produce children out of wedlock.
