well...heh my radio was on my shelf in the shop and had not been hit with a 2x4 or been dropped from a ladder and it doesnt work lol....contacted ridgid been 3 days no response.
uhh....had radio for about 1 1/2 year. Radio stopped workinig today....do these things have fuses? lol. havnt dropped it or really been rough with it.
the batteries cost alot because unlike dewalt and others rigid batteries take a couple years with heavy use to wear out and rigid has lifetime replacement now....my batteries (made right before lithium) can charge in 20 minutes and takes bout an hour to kill (screwing a deck down)...have took mine camping many times and with ipod have been the life of the party....radio not only takes a beatin but rain and dust proof also...
Great video! Very well presented. Would've liked to hear it played.

@jettastreetracer I'm not sure if they do. I wondering if there is any kind of warranty on it or if they can service them.

Pretty amazing how much of a beating the radio took on the test video I saw.
I wish it would charge the battery while plugged in though :/
