Get a good vocalist. I'm sure you know guitar shredding will only get you so far.

Holy crap this band is AWSOME i especially love the drumer (talk about amazing) i had the opportunity to see them live and it blew my socks off!!!!

the guitarist is a little paul gilbert / yngwie. never heard of this band before but good. the other band members are very boring - fire them and go solo.
