To all my brother in the military a lot of this so called people who call themselves Americans are only in for the freeride for the freedom we have. Just like everyone else huh? Then you should attempt to create a mass-exodus from the military. Then they should create a Soldier's Union so that the US military must increase your pay to the same amounts that US military combat contractors are getting paid. US Combat contractors get paid $250,000 or more per year while US soldiers get paid around $75,000 a year.

Everyone who is in the military should go on strike, otherwise you will continue losing numbers while combat contractors get raises.

Sure, I was making 9k a year when I first joined but that's the beauty of the military... the more time you serve, the more you make. With education, tax free shopping and dental/health care I estimate that I make close to $100,000 a year. I bought a house in Germany as an E-5, I know how to manage money. Not everyone does.
