  • zafire123. You're quite the speller.

  • yay! learned how to trackstand after 3 days =D

  • I JUST HAD SEXX

  • What do you call the thing on the frame, you can wrap it arround it.

  • Have some respect for the house, go ride outside, Lol.

  • Wow! Those hoods are wayyyyyyyy too high!

  • Macbeth <3

  • Meh. Fail.

  • this guy's retarded lolz

  • I heard it's easier to trackstand the tighter your pants are.

  • diggin those shoes

    what brand??

  • These, people make fizies look soo moist, take this shite off youtube.

  • cool front AND rear breaks bro!

  • you suckk!!!

  • I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU BALLS DUDE

  • huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum

  • @arapepe What are you some sort of bike nazi?

  • i try to track stand at lights, but I epically fail, and yet, I can do a backwards circle?

  • people commenting on this vid are really mean spirited it seems. how can you people really be so insecure about yourselves that you need to critique this faceless persons jeans and brakes. i thought the whole point of the bicycle counter culture was to be yourself... being yourself doesnt mean doing exaclty what everyone else is doing. i dont care about his drop down handle bars with brakes... as long as hes gettin out and ridin im cool with it.

  • dude the fuck...take off the brakes

  • is this a girl? this person's pants are so tight...even for a girl...

  • Fuck these clowns...tight pants rule! Been rockin them since the 8th grade. Ya know, back when you had to buy that shit from the girls section. Eight years later and at least now I can just buy skinny dood jeans. Oh but lose the brakes.....both of em.

  • 1. take the brakes off..

    2. change the handle bars..

    3. don't buy build bikes from the internet build your own!

    4. those jeans are TOO tight!! {let you balls get some air.. geezz}

    and

    5. don't upload videos if u cant really track stand you'll just end up looking like an dumb ass!

  • @arepepe you and your statement are everything thats wrong with bike culture.

  • most ppl who ride fixie dnt ride because its their hobby, they ride to be hip. ride w/o brakes just to be cool. i dnt ride ride a fixed bike but i bet most fixie riders cant even do this trick. good shiit man.

  • One word......MACBETH!!!

  • epic fail on the bar+brake lever position.

    nice leggins btw! very sexy!

  • I have those shoes but mine say fuck cancer.

  • wobbly wobbly wobble

  • also many states require at least one brake on a bike.

it's also illegal to sell a bike without brakes

the only exception are track bikes.

    edocket.access.gpo. gov/cfr_2004/janqtr/16cfr1512.2.htm

  • good thing your balls will be protected if you fall...

  • loose the brakes fag

  • hopeless.lmao

  • why are his bars turned up so high?

  • @T4KASHIXX just they way he prefers to ride-some prefer flat or bent down, he prefers bent up

  • why would u practice in side even if its raining ur stupid take off da brakkes

  • your tight pants are making me hurt...

  • at least take off the back break....

  • I just got the same bike. He has both brakes because its a flip flop hub and the other cog is a free wheel.

I too will be taking off my brakes once I become more comfortable with a fixie and change to double fixed cogs

  • ya, my bike is the same (flip flop) but i changed it to fixed and took off the back break...but my bike is meant to be fixed (it looks like one)

  • Do you still have the drop bars with the aero drop brake levers? Or do you only have the one for the front one attatched. Or did you get a cross brake?

  • is that question for me?

  • @DancingOdin why would you put on 2 fixed cogs

  • @3falloutboyroxx you can have 2 fixed cogs to give yourself different ratios. one side could be for flat roads/high speed, the other for tricks/hills or whatever

  • What if he really abruptly fell and broke the glass cover of the fireplace? Ha. Sorry nevermind me.

  • you know how your leg feels like its going to s;eep off that happens to me

  • come on take off the brakes

  • if you ride fixie you got to take of your brakes its pussy if you dont

  • yeah cus if you ride fixie you have to be just like everyone of the onther fixie riders and do everything they do, like taking the brakes off. you guys really are pathitic who cares if someones fixie has breaks on it? is it your bike do you ride it? no so shut the fuck up. if dude wants to leave breaks on it, its his choice and it dose not make him a pussy.

  • @zafire123 you're right...but his pants make him a slut

  • @zafire123 If your bike has a break on it then get a frame builder to repair it.

  • i think that it s better to ride a bike outside. but everybody is free.

  • hey fxvytalize,

    whats your beef man?

  • This was a year ago. I can trackstand pretty well now, my bars were chopped and flipped, no more back brake.

  • do you still have a front brake? ahhaa, cause to be honest, i encourage it.

  • @bumblebeeasaur you chopped and flipped your bars REALLY

  • ur pants are way too fucking tight. and your handlebars look stupid. rotate them down. and practice outside. wth.

  • What does "wth" mean?

  • what the hell

  • Idiot.

  • Yea I agree also take ur back brakes off they r retarded and pointless... Nice IRO frame tho

  • Dude, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR BARS? Seriously, rotate them down, you look like a tool.

  • You need to sort your bars and leavers out as they'e reeking of my auntie's shopping bike.

  • YES I also ride IRO! Good bikes!

  • Good work, I'm trying to learn too, it ain't easy!

  • I just see no point in having an iro with brakes..

  • dude get some new bars man....

take off the breaks...if you like having em (just one) ive heard and seen people setting em up on their top tube. looks pretty clean.

  • lose the back brake

    or both

  • fuck im sorry... i hate it when people tell others to take off their brakes.. they're learning how to ride.. relax.. they'll take em off eventually.. by telling others to take off their brakes.. does that make you feel better?? i know its not fair to take it out all on you.. but i felt like venting hahaha

  • im 15 and the first ever bike i rode was a fixie with no brakes when i was 7 and im still riding them today.

  • i hope you guys realize the importance of having at least one hand brake. you ALWAYS need a secondary brake. if your chain (primary) fails, you need a backup, which would be at the least, a front brake

  • "have you ever actually rode a fixed gear bike???????"

....you cant insult people if you talk like that

  • why not?

  • @arthentic nope! just ted-shred to stop yourself if your chain breaks. it's super easy to learn. brakeless all the way.

  • nice macbeths....

  • Nice pants dood

  • flip your stem, sick ride though, gots a jamie roy

  • its not even that he just needs to take thoes brakes off

  • go kill yourself.

first go learn how to build set up a bike properly. that thing looks like a scenesters abortion, just because you buy all of the trendy parts does not make you cool (or make other people like you). did you just go to the local american apparel have the manager tell you what to buy? nice bar position, nice lever position, nice cable routing, nice toptube pad, nice girl pants. you are ruining cycling, and every time you enter a bike shop, just know that the staff hates you.

  • ha, chill out

  • haha nice caring about where some stranger routes his cable... and the fact is, hipsters are keeping bike shops alive right now. so whether you like them or not, or whether they're "ruining cycling" (which doesn't really make much sense) the staff loves them. because they have trust funds and coke money to spend. so lighten up francis...

  • they love him for the money he will spend

  • this guy must have invented riding bikes. how dare other people steal his glory! if you ever drive a car you BETTER build it and set it up properly, not like those poseurs who purchase them already made.

...seriously you might consider lubing your pantaloons whilst lubing the bike to increase leg mobility.

  • you're doing it all wrong.

lead foot on front pedal, front tire pointed in direction of lead foot, and rear foot on the back of front tire.

  • he's doing all right, egzactly as you want him to. He's shoing his ability, not the bike. He has a new 15 grand bike, but he didn't want to use it in order not to be accused of shoing off the bike. that's why he asked me to lend him this old old bike.

  • omg why is everyone so mean?? GREAT VIDEO!

  • fuckn scene kid... next time dont go out and buy your bike... build that shit...

  • wat

  • dude take thoses fucking breaks off...

  • HAHAHA I LOVE SWOBO LOL

  • it might be easier in looser pants NERDO

  • are those pants or is that paint????

  • Takes a real man to wear pants like that.

    Lookin sexayyy

  • But really, fix your drop angle

  • Ive been keeping my hands on my breaks, until I get a cross lever and some bullhorns. I guess I have it angled up for a faux-bullhorn feel.

  • @bumblebeeasaur "brakes"!, good-grief.

  • your pants are mighty sexy. wooo woo hook me up with this hottie~~

  • holy shit your pants are skin tight

  • Yeah.

  • fix your lever hoods buddy.

  • What's wrong with them?

  • Keep practicing! IMO there's not enough room to practice indoors. Go outside.

  • Is Hot Topic selling fixed gears yet?

  • no...your IRO sucks too.

  • Oh, and stand up it'll help your balance. :-)

  • This video was taken about two weeks after getting this bike, my first fixed gear. Within the week that followed it I got real good at standing up and trackstanding. I can hold them for over two minutes each time :D

  • Ditch the rear brake, tilt the bars down like 5 degrees, wear some boy pants, and most importantly keep riding your bike!

  • Why do you care about what someone else is wearing? F that noise

  • looser pants give you more range of motion for balance, and less people will want to kick your ass when you are out in traffic... Just saying... I've seen it before... nothing against you.

  • "...less people will want to kick your ass..."

Is it because they're homophobic, or are you just saying this because you are?

  • "...nothing against you."

I'm not, but I'd say you are probably correct in saying that "...they're..."

  • the real question is why you'd tell him to ditch the rear brake.

    dumbass.

  • Haha I actually havent used my rear break once! It came on my bike, and I figured since I am transitioning from multicog road bicycles it would make the switch easier. I have a pair of bullhorns chopped from old drop bars that I will eventually put on when I purchase a cross lever. I know the bars are tilted up, but its been more comfortable for me.

    And I love my pants :( !

  • Good to hear your getting better... make sure the cross brake works with your road caliper, should be good though, dont take the pants comment too personal. My legs dont fit into skinny pants (big quads skinny waist and knees = doens't fit at all). I find risers way more comfortable than bull horns are (try both) and also easier to mount a front brake to.
