  • bar complexes are brutal. I do them with 135lbs. this is how I do them:

    1.squats

    2.behind the neck pressess

    3.stiff-legged deadlifts

    4.bent-over rows

    5.High pulls or upright rows

    6. power shrugs

    7. push-ups

    I do this series for 3x6-10 reps. i'm up to 10 reps per, but it might diminish in reps because right now I'm cutting weight for my first sumo match in may.
