not true that they can fit you custom, They are probably buying the leather parts already cut because they are not able to make a ladies boot in extra wide widths. The factories are really more like an assembly line since they are not able to cut any size they want. marlboro paid them for my boots but my cert is useless. they are making them to order but cant cut them in the right size.  sounds very fishy to me. oh yes also another company sending our jobs to mexico.
