You could not interact and speak with them having real conversations with them at all times... just after you have finished some missions.....

1. I dunno but there will prob be mods that lets you change the appearence
2. yes, just like being able to change it on me2
Squad
1. liara is confirmed to be on me3 as for knowing what happen, you got to play me3
2. the choices you make on me2 can change what will happen on me3 but then again, i dunno

1. on me1 and me2 you can interact with your squad anytime, so most likely, yes
2. on me2 you could bring them to your quarters and hang together with them, so then again maybe, yes
