@zorrgon56 I agree some what, VIII was pretty god awful as far as the series goes and I personally prefer IX to VII but yeah the farther back you go the better character design and development gets. The series has seen better days just like the rest of the gaming industry. Its almost impossible to find a decent horror game anymore. Science fiction is almost as bad.

@richard4289 it's a neat story as to how the buster sword came to be, Angels father worked his hands to the bone to scrap together enough money to pay the smith to make it for angel, and you'll notice if you play the game he uses it twice, saying "Use leads to wear" saeing it from wear because it was precious, later on angel gave it to zach and as zach lay dying he gave it to Cloud, and later Cloud placed it in Zach's Grave.
