If you can, get rid of the guitar and concentrate on your singing performance, your feelings, the message you want to communicate and watch the facial expression, There is nothing wrong to see and hear an artist sing to a backing track. It is annoying to see and listen a musician struggling with the song, the instrument and the voice. Lower the reverb and delay effects, use the effects sparingly to accentuate your voice. Do not bury your voice behind the effects.

You don't have to sell your voice, just sell the song. I would get rid of all the trills and vocal flourishes and sing it more directly.
