Ok, lets use logic and reason. Is it logical and reasonable to allow this person access to the interstate and higher speeds? Or is it an unacceptable risk to the public? Isnt it better to have the Officer risk his own life to prevent the possibility of this moron killing some innocent family on the expressway? Explain to me how this was a bad choice by the Officer. Im not seeing ur reasoning. The question is, was it prudent that the Officer stop his prgress to the Interstate.

Interstate = higher speeds = more danger to the public. Not only is the bad guy goin to prison, but he'll have to pay for the damages to the cruiser. (Yes, Ive seen it done)

Also I would sue the officer who made the maneuver thereby forcing him to pay for his own feeble minded and adrenaline fueled cowboy foolishness. some of the most pathetic excuses for law enforcement are found in the US: fat, uneducated, unnecessarily aggressive, adrenaline addicted, unintelligent, and reasonless pigs.
