@VESSWagon They can't sell this land for $30,000 or less. It would have sold for $80K plus with a house on it. They could have stipulated upgrades and rennovations as a condition of purchase but who knows what was going on behind the scenes. really it's a scandal and waste of taxpayers money. nobody will ever be held responsible.

The sad thing is that I bet they could have been bought on the cheap. Someone could have had themselves a nice home for just a little bit of money.
