what i do not understand is

1) why do you need gatorade bottle specifically?

2) the urethra is usually closed even when you have an erection. How do you open it up to push the fluid inside?

Ok I just stumbled onto this video & I, must admit, through experience, a prostate problem is a right pain in the a*se. I just want to warn all of you: Many doctors prescribe Cipro or Levaquin for prostatitis. These are POISON! I was given Cipro 14 months ago for prostatitis and today I am 100% crippled because of it. I cannot walk anymore and have HORRIFIC muscular skeletal injuries. You must be EXTREMELY careful with quinolone antibiotics or you could very well end up exactly like me. i have had Chrnoic Prostatitis for 10 years now (ever since June of 2001) and over the last 10 years i have taken hundreds and hundreds of courses of anti biotics and i have taken ciproxin several times.

Probably hundred courses of Ciproxin.

i am not crippled yet.

i never heard that Ciproxin can cripple someone.

It has helped me a lot. It didn't cure it but I feel much better. I did it three times a week for two weeks. Don't waste your time with the gatorade bottle. Use some type of syringe. I used a rubber ear syringe, it worked great. I still have very mild symptoms, I think I am going to do another cycle and maybe mix in the broccoli protocol. If you choose to do this make sure you squirt it far enough up, i always tried to reach my bladder, then pinch it off and hold it for at least a minute.

Just google "broccoli Protocol". Basically you boil about a pound of broccoli in about 4 cups of water for 5 minutes. Drink 2 cups of the broccoli water in the morning before eating anything. The other two cups before dinner at night. You can eat food only after 20 minutes of drinking, each time. You need to refrain from eating spicy foods, coffee beef, butter that irritate your bladder/prostate. You can eat the boiled broccoli for lunch. I saw improvement in just 1 week. Do this for 45 days.

I decided to give it a try. I used a rubber syringe instead of a gatorade bottle. I'm not sure if i squirted it far enough up my pee hole but i'll let you guys know if it works for me. Almost anything is worth a try for me.

I tried this for the first time tonight. I did not have any burning but there was bubbling . I held it for approximately 1 minute then released then did it again, however, do not waste your time with a bottle - get a syringe instead as that will for sure get it where it needs to go. 1) yeah you cannot because the urethra is shut.

i think what you need to do is get a syringe,

you get a special kind of syringe called a catheter syringe which is specially designed to be inserted into the urethra because it has a long thin nozzle on the end of it.

that long thin nozzle can be inserted into the urethra because it is thin enough to fit inside without damaging it whereas the normal syringes have a thick nozzle which could damage it.

also although the urethra is always shut ...

another way to open it up is with a catheter, or a catheter syringe.

not only is it thin but it is long too so it is long enough so when you push it deep inside then it should open it up.

and when you open it up you inject the solution of h2o2 inside.

however make sure it is DILUTED (3%) as the 35% will totally burn the inside of the urethra and could permanently...
