  • That's just jumping into handstand. Surely a better prep for presses would be having your feet on a raised platform so your legs and hips have less distance to get on but you can still actually lift.

  • Hm, friend and I have been doing these when we work on handstands. Definitely harder than going into it for sure :)

    Good demonstration, though :]
