  • I think it was a combination of the bright light being outside and using the HD 720P option. Nothing changed other than using the highest recording. And when I uploaded I used the original file, I did not touch it up at all. Other than that, I think YouTube just did its thing and put the option to "watch in high quality." Thanks!

    What did you do, to get such a great quality here at youtube?

    I have the same camera, it's HD at home, but really crappy at youtube :-(
