I really do hear a similar Gracemaria theme in this one, though I have not played ace combat 6 but I heard its soundtrack. Played through the first 5 missions and it's still good. Sure it maybe a Call of Duty in the sky but its still appealing to me.

In my opinion, it doesn't hurt if Project Aces is trying something new.

So I got Ace Combat Assault Horizon, and I have to say that I was a little underwhelmed by the story. The gameplay was fine though, didn't think too highly of flying the helicopter though. It ain't quite Ace4 or 5 but still a great game.

I've played Air Combat/Ace Combat, Ace Combat 2, 3, 4, 5, 0, a little bit of X, one of the later missions on 6. The demo I feel was a lot more like what I liked about the older games aside from 6, which I only played when a friend brought it over along with his 360. I don't have a 360, but have a PS3. I'm going to get this game as soon as it comes out. I didn't really like 6 anyway though, it just wasn't similar enough to the older ones in my opinion. That's just my opinion so don't hate on me.
