He is not talking about the Masonic new world order. he is talking about the New world order that would come to this world after Dajjal (Anti Christ is killed by Jesus and Satan is killed by Mahdi). A lot of people that would be part of that new world order are not even Muslims now. but when they see the truth in Mahdi they will join him from all parts of the world. This is what God as promised in the Quran.
