  • Last I know she's somewhere in Lagos, Nigeria. Was at her home a couple of years ago. She's an even better singer now! She's also a great painter.

  • Pls where this woman now?

  • .....it'll be too bad if this country dont honour this iconic legend!!!...

  • ...for me, she'll always remain a LEGEND in about every sense of the word! i'll love this song till d very end!!!!

  • DORA, One of Nigeria's great female vocalist. Loving it.

  • I still find it crazy that I share the living room with her (thats my aunt fyi)

  • Poor Diction ??? Give me a break !

It's like saying Anita Baker's diction is poor.

This is authentic; This is pure; and it's anything but poor.

Whoever posted this, THANK'S for posting. I've been hunting this music for long.

    Let's valorize what is our's.

The lyrics, the instrumentation, and the music as a whole is a Masterpiece; - When you consider the period when this music was recorded, then you'll agree with me that DORA is (or was) a GENIUS !!!

    "Ada Nne"!!!

  • I wonder where this princess is now!!!! Lovely music lovely woman

  • Her diction is poor

  • @vwoke so, if I am to understand you properly, before an artiste releases a record he/she needs to obtain a degree in that language and dialect?

  • Old skool nice one

  • @gbaramume its really weird for me to talk about my Aunty, because am very very proud of her accomplishments.

  • @melvinifudu How is she doing?

  • @gbaramume

i REMEMBER, WHEN I WAS STILL A YOUNG BOY AND MY UNCLE BOUGHT THIS HIT TRACK... HE PLAYS IT EVERY MOMENT, AND I LISTEN TO THIS SAME TRACK AND I LOVE IT. NOW I AM 41 YRS OLD AND AM STILL LOOKING OUT TO HEARTHIS MELODIOUS SONG... Mama Dora, we will always appreciate your evergreeen song.

  • i love love dora ifudu!!!!!!she has a beautiful voice.i've been lookin for this album forever both in the states in african stores and also back home, but never finds it, this was a hit back then and it's been played all over the radio stations in nigeria also on tv. it brings back memories. just wondering where is she now? thanks for posting this song gbaramume!!!

  • @ikerobin @ikerobin

the reason why i talk about the museum is simply because there will come a point where these music will totally vanish now if we want to buy an album by the rolling stones or the beetles or indeed Abba, we can find these music in any record store abroad this is despite the fact that record stores have disapeared and there is only one left in the UK which is HMV. Nigeria has never had a chain brand music store and so does not have any central point to keep music

  • woow!!!! i have been dying to get this music on youtube when i could'nt find it in african stores here in the states and i could not get it back home either. I love love love!!! her beautiful voice. i'm just wondering where is she now? thank u gbaramume for posting this music!

  • @ikerobin someone has to make a case for a Nigerian music Museum. we are approaching the age where music in particular will be lost forever if no one take its upon themselves to keep these. i went to Nigeria many years ago looking for these albums and i couldnt find some of them. but when i found some albums, people were laughing at me wondering what i wanted to do with these old music, my plan was to digitise them and enjoy them personally

  • @aadeeno i wish i knew how to make this Nigerian music Museum, i will do it. but i have a lot on my plate right now. but you can clue me, in if it is not going to cost me too much.
