the timing is in 23/16. 23x5 plus a measure of 13/16=128 16th notes which is a full 8 measures. the math is quite simple when you figure out what timings youd like to mess around with. The hard pard is just trying to concieve it all in 4/4.

It's not just a few low notes, and it's definately not over and over. there is a repeater in every measure that travels longer than the standard 4/4 and you have to keep your eye on the ball when playing this until you get to the point where you can feel the groove yourself. And i seriously doubt you played the finger tapping calculator lead, simply cuz it's different everytime. But yeah, i call bullshit on your comment. -- Mfan

When I first heard meshuggah a couple of years ago I thought it was like okay, almost lame like many other metal bands...
