  • Hey does this have Moving Magnet Cartridge or CERAMIC? because i have ceramic needle and its horrible :(

  • Moving Magnet. Can be purchased at eBay.

  • Hi there. I just bought the same turntable, but I did not realized that I needed speakers or anything else. How dumb do I feel. Anyways, could you please tell me exactly what I need to buy, so that I can actually hear my music.

Thanks, I would really appreciate the help!

  • Hi. You need an amplifier and speakers. The turntable comes with a built-in pre-amplifier. Just make sure to turn it on. Once turned on, you can hook it up to any amplifier to listen to the music. Hope this helps.

  • @basilpasch

    Thanks!

  • @basilpasch

Hey man, me again. Went to best buy, the prices are crazy, I'm talking about $200 plus, for amplifiers. Any suggestions... Thanks

  • The quality of sound depends also on the amplifier used. Most good amps cost around $200. Get a good one so you won't regret getting a cheaper one.

  • do you need speakers ?

  • yes.. just like any other media players

  • @basilpasch i meant to say do they come with speakers inside or separately or u need to buy some?

  • no speakers attached. you need a pre-amp, amp and speakers separately.

  • Hi, is this a US version, could you please confirm if it has a voltage selection at the back? Thanks

  • yes it is a us version.

no it has no voltage selector. i use a transformer to run it with uk voltage.

  • Great video for review. It would have been nice if you would have shown the rear panel for the connection types as well as a 33-1/2 RPM record played.

  • can u put headphones in it ?and how is it pretty good?

  • no you can't put headphones in it and yes it's good

  • yes, if the pre amp switch under the platter is turned off

  • yes, if the pre amp switch under the platter is turned off

  • Oh yeah, and does it have a mat that goes under the records as they play? Just wondering, thanks!!

  • yes it does

  • Yes

  • Does this turntable play 78s?

  • no it does not

  • Can it play 10" vinyls?

  • Yes, but needs to be done manually. Auto is just for 12" and 7".

  • yer mat is upside down

  • dunno about that, but works just fine.

  • @UnchainTheNight1 works fine just drives me nuts

    im ocd like that

  • can you do like the scratches and stuff>?

  • no way!!!

  • cool, thanks. was thinking about picking this model up.

  • do you have the turn table hooked up to a receiver and speakers?

  • yes. the turntable comes with an in-built pre-amp

  • @basilpasch is the built in pre-amp loud? if so were is the volume controll located on the turn table?

  • pre-amps only magnify the amplitude of the sound. you need an amplifier to control the volume. the turntable does not have a volume control. the order of sound is as follows : turntable to built-in pre-amp to amplifier to speakers.
