There are a bigger camera blooper in season 1, in episode 8 when Nina er trying to call CTU after being shot by Jack. Where you clearly see the guy with the camera. I just noticed while re-watching the season now. Just had a great laugh! :D

this isn't the first time fox has made this mistake. during the shootout between jack and the drazens in the season 1 finale, a cameraman can be seen standing behind jack. it is very noticable if you look.
