the rest of the throws are just simple manipulations of the human body. thats why master always look like they dancing effortlessly through crowds of ppl trying to take them down.

nice work. do you ever practice defense from a rear grab? just curious as I noticed all the attacks were from the front.

Of course. We practice Ushiro techniques as extensively as any. In randori though I always found it better if I kept people in front of me, though.
