nice work. do you ever practice defense from a rear grab? just curious as I noticed all the attacks were from the front.

Of course. We practice Ushiro techniques as extensively as any. In randori though I always found it better if I kept people in front of me, though.

Very well done. I like how you don't just do the same "windmill" throw over and over again like many of the Aikido randori videos on here.
