As far as I know they are only on the U.S. DVD's. Hopefully they will be available on the new Sony DVD releases when they come out for everyone. ;-)

@spritelady The deleted scenes were not put on the Austrailan DVD's, I bought mine quite a few yrs back, pity, the series was made here, maybe the 10th Anniversary DVD's will be availible here to buy with the deleted scenes
