wtf? At what point did it become acceptable to put a cheetah on a leash? Regarding @horbergus mentioning it being a rescue cheetah, if that were the case, I still can not fathom for a moment, the thought process that makes it Ok to then parade that already stressed and potentially ill animal in-front of crowds of people with loud speaker PA systems. In my opinion this is ill treatment of a wild animal and such practices should be stopped.
