John Cena doesn't get enough credit for his part in this promo. He spoke a lot of truth but of course since its Cena up against an internet favorite he gets crapped on. Cena is not as terrible as people make him out to be. The whole "anti cena" attitude is just ridiculous. A signature move can come where you least expect it that makes it interesting while movesets are staged by creative. They made an entire career full of titles and they could only ever do about 5 moves per match. Cena can wrestle, look at his debut match against Kurt Angle and look at their match at No Mercy 2002/2003. The problem is that just like Hulk Hogan, Cena's moves are limited by his gimmick.

John Cena doesn't get enough credit for his part in this promo. He spoke a lot of truth but of course since its Cena up against an internet favorite he gets crapped on. Cena is not as terrible as people make him out to be. The whole "anti cena" attitude is just ridiculous. Most people who hate him so passionately only hate him because they think it makes them look cool. Just because you think he's terrible doesn't make that a fact. His feuds and matches were predictable as all hell, he always beat the "unbeatable" guys and he almost NEVER lost. The thing that always gets me with this segment is when CM Punk is looking Cena in the eye like he is looking for a reaction when he is repeating "you are walking out with nothing" and Cena is just nodding, no defensive reaction as though the title means anything to him, that is why Cena is so terrible when cutting promos and why Cena is now hated, people just buy into his passion for wrestling, while Punk, in the ring or on the mic you can see what wrestling means to him.

A signature move can come where you least expect it that makes it interesting while movesets are staged by creative. Creative sucks and yes they have made Cena out this way and the moveset given to John Cena is made as if he is programmed to do only those 5 moves every week and nothing else which gets old fast.

@ToxicDragon1000 The big problem here we are talking about are his wrestling skills. The wrestling moves are giving to his gimmick, look at Triple H and Kevin Nash. They made an entire career full of titles and they could only ever do about 5 moves per match. Cena can wrestle, look at his debut match against Kurt Angle and look at their match at No Mercy 2002/2003. The problem is that just like Hulk Hogan, Cena's moves are limited by his gimmick.
