@MarkYouMadBruh I dont jog everyday. Jogging everyday can actually break-down muscle. You have to be very careful with the duration and the kind of cardio training you are doing. I do this once in a while. PART 3 is coming soon. Its going to be something SPECIAL.

@MarkYouMadBruh do it. Just ensure you have a hearty breakfast to compensate all that calorie lost right after your cycling. Remember when you are sleeping your body is fasting. So if you go straight to workout you got to make sure you are mindful of what kind of training you are trying to do as you can easily tap into breaking muscle (catabolism). Your plan could certainly lead to weight loss.
