this is funny because in the new program, expedition instructor (adventure) get to shoot c7's, but rifle coach doesn't. any cadets in the new program reading this that havent done their instructor level course, do D&C or EI. dont waste your time with the marksmanship side of it.

@SensitiveVirmin1234 silver star and up(3-4 years in) you will shoot the C7(20rounds) during your CLi course. But don't join for shooting you'll be lucky if you gt to shoot once a year, and you will not be using anything other then a air rifle until your CLi course. We are training cadets, not soldiers.

going back to what IRSs345 was saying is that you may be the good shot but you will be calling in a air strike or air support so dont diss the air cadets there awsome and no im not air im army, one more thing isn't it at Connaught that you shoot the C7?

Army cadets way better , for one army cadets have more discipline , for two air cadets use the l8's when theres no need

army cadets are way more accurate shooters (proven on camps) making them better servicemen/women

so ... no air cadets aint better

Howabout quit whining about it? I'm an army reservist so I'm sure I can outshoot all you punks, but that doesn't mean you suck.

Air cadets don't shoot as much because they don't need to shoot as much. If you guys get into an actual combat scenario someday, those former air cadets will be the pilots that are bringing fast air to save your ass.

going to borden summer camp 2009 for 6 weeks for army cadet leader marksmen!!! shooting guns is better then flying airplanes anyday, just my opinion.

Damn seeing this video makes me miss being there. I fired the C7 and let me tell you....it does some nasty damage to the gophers that pop their heads up at the most unopprotune times lol. Too all aspiring cadets...you have a wonderful future to look forward too in the Army. Education, travel the world and make a future for you, your country and the world.
