Cool app :P When you rub your finger in the image, that part is marked. the part of the image which is not touched is not marked. now, when you tilt the phone right or left, the built in accelerometer senses the movement and stretches the marked portion of the image right or left. the part which is not marked, remains static. that is why it looks like 3D .... :)
