I chose a sponsor with a hands off approach who is there to answer questions. Early on it's useful to have somebody you trust there to lend support. I could never tolerate one of those autocratic sponsors.These are the AA Nazis who excel at projecting their control issues.

Gotta watch out. The sun is going down on my season in AA, and it's been useful, but if I buy all their program, I'll be stuck going to meetings for life.

How creative! Your video's are great. I am in AA and I think your video's would make a great survival guide in this program as there are so many takers in AA. Finding safe groups and people have been a challenge for me. I think it would be nice to take AA away from the socio paths, bullies and the criminal element so that some of us could find recovery in a safe environment.

Hi 2133580! It has become amusing to me that some folks can be so predictable. I prefer not to use the word victim as I have learned that seeing myself as a target empowers me.

Through daily inventory, I have learned that my mistake has been to allow those who don't have my best interest in mind to control me in various way's. I am no longer a victim. Now I am able to stand up for myself and others.

In a sense this does seem to victimise the bullies, but then, so what? Larry D.

Just went to a wise woman for some healing over AA stealing my soul and breaking my heart. She became curious, because her sister joined Alanon years ago and she can't even talk to her anymore. She said her sister only talks Alanon talk and their conversations go nowhere normal. She is going to check out Orange Papers. I will tell everyone that I can AA is a dangerous cult forever! The 12-step programs have zero solutions to alcoholism. All these videos are awesome!

Wake up America even if you have issues w/ substance abuse & demand some reality! AA is a cult that will keep you sick forever & if you leave you are sentenced to insanity & death ... wake up & realize that you are part of the problem when you don't demand the truth about anything in life ... silently suffering while power-tripping people control everything & that includes AA's hidden agenda to keep you brainwashed supporting their for profit institutions & pockets based on lies. Here is AA advice: your misery is of your own making, asking for advice at AA is like drinking from a fire hydrant, everything is God, its none of your business, don't take yourself seriously, what is your part in it?, if you are sore something is wrong with you ... that is why newcomers should shut-up when they are offended of knowing a member is prostituting their daughter at mtgs. The married men's secret 13-steppers club will heal you with the love your parents never gave you ... wake-up!
