@kubasek1111 It's the "I didnt have a wah" version and some parts of the original dont sound right without it. But it is also "my version" I have my own style so replicating other peoples is hard for me.
The tone is simply the amps distortion. Behringer vtone 60 watt stereo with dsp effects. Effect number 23. My advice is get a wah pedal. I didn't have one when I recorded this so I changed a couple parts as they just didn't sound right. Kirk played it with a wah and that's how you aol get it to sound the best. Also...kirk doesn't sweep his mids on his eq settings so don't be afraid to have a some mid tones.

SOME ONE THAT RECORDED IT WITH A BACK TRACK WITHOUT KRIKS ORIGINAL SOLO, yeah there are mess ups. but so f what, at least people are not telling you taht you sound too cool hwen they are actaully hearing kirk's solo XD good one mate...BTW kick ass guitar, and at secound 16 it soudned like one of Death magnetic's solos XD nice vid man...and good work with the bendings on a 22 fret guitar...that ain't easy...
