  • That's an interesting twist on the MP. Nicely done.

  • @StreetMUNKdotCOM why cant i feel my chi anymore. did i run out or am i not concentrating enough as i use to. please please answer ASAP

  • External and Internal are not opposing forces. They are interdependent opposites. One does not exist without the other. They are mutually rising and supportive. Physical calisthenics are just one part of Chi cultivation. There is also pranayama (breathing) and silent illumination (meditation) The journey is from the tangible physical body to the mysterious spiritual body. I would suggest not belittling the importance of physical yoga in nei gong practice.

  • what if you don't have a gall bladder?

  • I get lost when you explain it, is like I cant follow the end or the point of what you are saying, this is my particular case.I practice qigong too but I just do it. Im aware of the benefits and the historical facts and traditional sayings, deviations and characteristics of qigong, hard and soft. I would like to hear more facts and a more punctual speech or I dont know how to say it but a more to the point kind of explanation, hope Im not being rude, english is not my native languaje :)

    cheers!

  • stop to fix hair... very important =)

  • @TV616 yes I think so too. Media !

  • why do you use Jewish God or angelic names?

  • @flower1921 He's combining a Hermetic ritual with Qi Gong. Hermetics use a lot of Hebrew Names.

  • does reverse breathing increase healing ability?

  • The meditation that you were doing looks like the dance moves Michael Jackson does in the video game. This is great.

  • do you know how to astral project?

  • exciting. do i have to be outside touching the earth to do this exercise?

  • @Psiage not necessarily but always better outside with breathable or no footware. Earth carries Yin energy vs just Yang in the air indoors.

  • Very interesting video. Thank you! Do you think I could similarly do this visualization with Tai Chi? (I have an instructional DVD/book for that.) I'm a n00b, what can I say? lol. I figured I'd be able to do your difficult-looking moves after practicing that...hehe. Much love and light to you! ^-^

  • @Jenn3855 Yes Tai Chi has its own visual techniques that utilize sucking, spitting, splitting, sticking, wow covered all the S verbs. lol but yes. You can also do this anytime. walking, sitting, laying down. In fact try to do it much as possible.

  • Truth is relative, but fact is not.

  • @rubbishmouth So is the sky blue? :)

  • @rubbishmouth and what about the idea of love or God? Do you love someone? How can you prove that to be a fact? :)

  • learning and studying techniques on your computer indoors is good but practicing this indoors almost defeats the purpose

  • Is it possible to do this in-doors?

  • @chainsaw745 it is but nature has a way of magnifying your insight and the strength of your chi. also its very difficult to root yourself indoors. whether your cultivating chi or simply meditating, being in nature helps you connect to the essence of life energy in its purest form

  • @SamLFlood Wow that was an amazing answer. Thanks a lot, friend. Peace and love.

  • Hi, umm. I'm not trying to be offensive or anything but I went and typed in my browser "streetmunk(.)com" and it was just ads for lesbian dating. Do you have an actual website I can go to?

  • @SmashKenny lol wow really? no just youtube and facebook for now. Maybe later I'll get a site up.

  • I also noticed you're growing some facial hair. Beards are badass. You should grow one :D

  • OH LAWDY A NEW VIDEO. I thank you for this.

  • Great explanation on qi-gong! Seeing how the energy travels really helped me visualized the technique! =)

  • @liberate4free I did. my head was bobbing forward to back like a bobble head doll. Happened a couple of times.

  • LOL! stop to fix hair, very important. haha. Johnny you're a funny dude xD

  • dude the visualizations is a nice touch. good shit Johnny :D

  • excellent and informative stuff Johnny thanks man ;)

  • @steve198311111 welcome!

  • what do you mean by: meditate on the two pillars next to you?

  • @TRT26 the black and white pillars on the tree of life you are in the middle grey one in your spinal column

  • @1010bree i see...thanks ^^

  • @TRT26 visualize just as in the picture :)

  • @StreetMUNKdotCOM yep i sorta got it thanks

  • I like the serious tone. lol

  • @zidanetri27 :)

  • @liberate4free Stop concentrating on trying to see something and concentrate on what you are trying to visualize and what i mean by that is don't be like "when I am going to see something" and just see it sorry if it sounds obscure I promise I am not trying to be

  • Great video and info :O) Thank you for sharing Much love

  • @xmasmaster06 lol how dare you!... lol I know idk i think its the movie maker

  • @StreetMUNKdotCOM Yeah damn thing!

  • Lol your description black magic :P Yeah one time my mom did black magic to make it rain then a hour later it rained. But a bunch of bad luck came with it unfortunately... She nearly went homeless and plus she lost her job.

  • @april76301 ya tsk tsk. I've had the opportunity to learn from high ranking Black mages..... I very politely refused :) Although I am aware that duality is an illusion akin to our realm, and that the source emcompasses all.

  • @StreetMUNKdotCOM But yeah black magic is bad and just brings bad luck... Btw have you ever done a cryokinesis tutorial?Ive been curious for quite a while...
