@onelosti This is EXACTLY how I am learning to do flips without ANYONE'S help whatsoever! If you really want to do it, you CAN always find a way to do it! I have just about nothing to learn with, just a basic mat and 4 little round 1.5 ft foam type platforms to work with, but I can do a front flip and a round off 180 front flip! and right now I am starting to teach myself a back flip! if you really want to do it, then use what you have and DO IT!

Honestly guys, having a good coach is helpful, but it's at most ever half the battle. It still takes hard work and dedication, which is something YOU can do yourself. So don't make excuses about how unfair it is to be coached by Damien or whatever. If you get out there and train, you'd be surprised how good you can get in say, just your backyard. I've seen so many kids come out of nowhere with double corks and no training. I've also seen many kids with good teachers never get anywhere.
