I have witnessed theft, assalt and murder go ignored while all the effort is put on drug crime because of the property that could be siezed in the arrest. They don't sieze the property of a thief, robber, or murderer but a drug offender if he/she doesn't go to jail they are usually fined into poverty.

The only reason why cannabis is illegal to begin with is because of greed, hatred and racism back in the early 1900s. A few people managed to trick the masses into outlawing cannabis which they all knew was just fine. Then instead of correcting the wrong, everyone sat on their lazy asses. The generation now has no memory of how cannabis was used by many. No memory of how safe it is. All they remember is the constant terrorism by the government against people who shouldn't even be bothered.

Marijuana Prohibition needs to come to an end! The first American Flags were made from Hemp. No other other fiber was strong enough to withstand the saline air on naval ships, nor to weather the outdoors for a long period of time.

I live in WV and my father is Putnam county circut clerk, are laws are so bad that I quite smoking in the state i make sure to cross over to OH before I pertake in the blessing. It looks like we are about to adopt drug court which is much more appropriate.
