If you haven't noticed we have been "talking" to Iran. They don't want to negociate they want to tell the UN what to do. They think they are the authority not anyone else. "talking" with Iran is what we have been doing for the last few years and its been to no avail, this is the point McCain is making here, that it is now time to take action.

I love my nation but the government has done some things that were evil. Think about it this way, we don't trust our government but neither does Iran. Their president even said don't blame America's people but their corrupt government for the nations actions. So pretty much no one trusts Washington so I see why Iran is angry.

One day when the billions of Muslims in the middle east get sick and tired of being murdered by US missiles, they may just get their hands on a nuclear bomb, and I assure you it will be detonated in our own back yard. There is nothing immoral about taking away a pipebomb from a 6 year old and spanking him in the process. Just as there is nothing immoral about toppling Irans destructive intentions. We can't afford not to put a stop to it, bankrupt or not. America would just need to reinvent itself economically. Money really shouldn't be the issue here altho in the long run a preempitve strike would be more cost effecient than a prolonged war and rebuilding in the future.
