In his day wee Roddy was an excellent fiddler and dancer. I think he also used to do a fair bit of gaelic singing as well. Just an all round nice guy. Think he's in his early 80's.

It's called PCS... phantom chanter sydrome. Very common amongst pipers found listening to scottish music.

You don't have to be a piper but I dare say it helps, jorgeconkilt. My fingers tap away to my heart's content whenever I hear a good tune - even though I can barely play a note!
