I'm sure you've seen by now, there are a lot of DIY vids on here to clean up those orig head lamps you have..if you decide to keep or sell. Did you get OEM headlights yet? BTW, not hatin, just noticed that your hood on the passenger side doesn't align correctly. Prior damage? Nice install. Take care.
@rossagge I have seen them, but I haven't done anything with them yet. They still sit in this box in my basement. I have since had the front bumper replaced and the whole front repainted from stone chips. The alignment is better now! I have a channel about this car now though, if you're interested. @E39Source
I have not gotten OEM lights, due to the price. I may later on though.
Cheap lights not the real thing Taiwanese crap.If u are a dedicated follower you would have purchased the real thing Hella thats what i bought off Ebay pure BMW parts not cheap rubbish.
They retail for about £330.00 + VAT i Bought them for £220.00 wait and you shall find.
@1963garry I completely agree, and I regret buying these lights. I did not have enough money at the time for the quality lights, and I plan to upgrade to the OEM lights soon.
e39 m5 awesome car dude! got to recomend the UHP LED Angeleyes replacement for the depo headlights, i've ordered them from ebay. 150$ with shipping to norway. they will give u the "real" facelift look that is so great, and not the cheap look! :P
I have the angel eyes factory fit on my 2002 E39. But inside the housings there is dirt and dust. It's a pretty anal; question, but it is true they're sealed units? I'd like to get inside and polish the insides...
@buffett1000 I understand, I would want to clean them too! Unfortunately, they are sealed units. You CAN take them apart, but you have to melt the glue and then re-seal them.
u bought yours off ebay right? is it 4 rings yellow color come with it? cuz im looking for 4 rings on depo headlight like blue or purple, sure they dont provide it right? let me know
@JRSVLOg, would these fit on a 1998 528i e39?? Headlight that is? Reply with the exact link to the eBay seller on purchase, thanks & great video.

@Diddy19791 I would imagine they would fit. Just search for the BMW E39 halo lights. I can't post links here.

@glomfjord2 Those are too bright for me, and they are wrong color compared to the genuine E39s. I intend to get the OEM BMW lights someday though.
