How do you get the golden watering can, and shovel?

golden watering can= perfect town for 15 days (reeaally hard)

golden shovel= get two shovels. then bury on with the other. dig the other one out 24 hrs later. (this is reeaally easy)

it's Link's hat, you gota buy alot of stuff, go into his shop, go on the Nook point tracking system and trade for points. not the salon! (P.S: in WILD WORLD the salon was in nookingston. in CITY FOLK it's in the CITY!)

The silver can resets a wilted buried red turnip, making it count as "just planted" the following day. It also has a greater effective radius, watering all eight spaces surrounding the spot where it is used. I think that covers the facts about the Silver watering can. ;P

ok, i have nookway(the 3rd expansion?) and he only sells 4 bags of seeds, i buy them every day but it takes a while to get 50, So i went to a few friends towns and they had Nookingtons who sells 7 bags and bought those. Does that count for the 50 bags? or does it have to be at my town?
