IMO... the young people are being driven away because our taxes are becoming disgustingly high... and we see nothing to show for it. The cost of living is increasing and the salaries have not changed. The older people who are already GROUNDED here are leaving. It's becoming a community that is not friendly for anyone less than wealthy.
