@MrsPinkie26 Aww, so glad you liked it! I love how you're going to share it - the more we spread the word about women being strong and birth being 'normal' the better!
Your beautiful video was shared today at my daughter's Blessingway; not a dry eye in the house and a wonderful reminder that the body does know exactly what to do. Thank you.
Have you got any tips for the whole birthing process? My cousin might be pregnant and she is scared, does it hurt? I want to calm her and explain to her but I need to knoww!!! EMOTIONAL VID BTW :)
@MegaCrackedEgg Hi there :) I would recommend that your cousin get in touch with a Birth Doula in her area who will be able to guide her, along with yourself :)
I absolutely love this video everything about it is just perfect. I'm 18 nearly 19 weeks pregnant. And I just love this vid so much. I have tears rolling down my cheeks. Simply amazing. -3
We are STRONG! We are AMAZING! Just trust your bodies, embrace the experience and let birth flow! I am another Momma who has experienced a profound awakening from my home birth. Birth is so natural, such a part of our journeys as women. Keep filling yourselves with these beautiful images and stories of the pure potentiality of birth, and allow all of the fear to fade away and a magnificent birth will be awaiting you. In your experience how does hospital birth differ from home birth?
I'm 5 months pregnant today and it makes me feel calmer to know there are people who consider labour a special process with serene moments to be treasured, not just images of woman screaming in pain...comforting to know thanks :)
Wow,This was an incredible thing to watch, most people, well mostly people my age think im so 'weird' to be wanting to have a baby someday like actually very excited about it..and im like 'why'? birth is the most natural beautiful thing a woman can ever do. and I am so honored that i am gunna be able to do that someday.
im only 16 now but i hope time goes a little fast so i can age a little more and have children.
Wow....so touching it is neat to think about the birth of a child...that you inticipate for nine months!!! This really makes you stop and think about all the things in life we rake for granted
wow, this is so beautiful it made me cry, bringing bqck memories fo the birth of my baby girl, its such a special and beautiful experience and so worth it
Sara, not only are you an incredible Doula, and a loving mother, you are an challenging film-maker. I have seen my three daughters being born and your film helps me, a mere father, have a much greater understanding of how much this experience changed my wife, your mother. I know what you girls being born meant to me, but it is important now, what I have learnt from you. Love Dad.
2 days! Wow! Maybe first tip would be don't focus too much on your 'guess date', and tip number two, trust that your body knows how to birth your baby. It really does, and it will, just let it. best wishes to you for a wonderful birth experience. Sara.
Wow, beautifully done! I am happy to say that I am a proud mama, and will share this with every mother I come across.

i love the music used here, what is the title of the song?

It's called "Now we are Free" by Lisa Gerrard and Tamara Teirdbrood. Such a powerful piece of music, very primal I thought.
