@drakenkorin404 Maybe you start off at the wrong end of the rope? Get familiar with the bare basics of music and playing guitar before you deside that you are gonna play jazz like the big ones. This isn't for beginners.

Ya gotta be able to hear it.Doesn't matter how much tab or video lessons you learn.The bottom line is you gotta hear it "once" and play it instantly.That's how real players play.Off each other.With ear training or playing with someone a lot better than you.No get it.Ever!

For anyone who finds this a bit fast to work out, there is an old saying that 'if you can whistle it, you can play it'. When you have the melody in your head, it's much easier for your fingers to know where to go. Get whistling, and you'll find you really don't need tabs so much. All the best.
